This is leftover Roti Recipe which is best fit for all age groups and goes well for dinner, breakfast, lunch or brunch. This is very quick and healthy way of making Roti Sandwiches. You can add different vegies too using the same recipe..Mostly sandwiches are made from bread but using Rotis is very homely and tasty recipe of anytime and get ready in no time.
Ingredients
2 Rotis
1 Medium Boiled Potato
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1/2 Capsicum Chopped
1/2 Onion Chopped
1/3 tsp Black Pepper
Pinch of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (optional)
1/3 tsp of Pav Bhaji Masala
Salt to taste
Handfull of Shredded Mozarella Cheese
3-4 tbsp Oil or Ghee
