hi babies! here’s a what i ate on this day ✨
breakfast: overnight oats with banana, dark chocolate, peanut butter & chia seeds
lunch:
avocado toast + a protein shake! I’ve added eggs into this mix a lot too, sometimes 3-4 eggs in addition to the toast & shake
snack: greek yogurt with strawberries, chia seeds + honey
dinner: balsamic fig chicken with lemony broccoli & roasted potatoes 😍
dessert: 2 strawberry protein pancakes
i also ended up having an apple sauce & a mango + cream bar from Trader Joe’s after i finished filming!
other food ideas that i sometimes add in to my days:
