Chicken Sandwich:

This is a great breakfast/snack recipe to make for grown ups and kids. A pan toasted sandwich is a good source of protein,carbohydrates,vitamins and minerals. It is fewer in calories and fat. And moreover it is filling too.

Ingredients to make 4 halves of chicken sandwich:

Butter- 3 cubes
Boneless chicken minced -75 gms
Salt- as required
Cheese – some
Capsicums – few chopped
Tomatoes – 2 chopped with seeds removed
Onion- 1 chopped
Jalepeno sauce – 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Mustard sauce – 1 tbsp
Bread slices- 4
