WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO GET LEAN🥙

Since the last time I did one of these videos I have decreased my daily intake a little but also decreased the amount of meals I am eating per day.

Right now, eating 3-4 meals per day, fits my schedule better and it also makes me feel more satisfied while eating my meals.
I know you are all interested in my total intake and the reason why I keep the numbers to myself is because it truly doesn’t help you and your goals in any meaningful way. We aren’t the same and shouldn’t have the same split.

Even if calories are getting lower I still try to make my food be everything but boring. Just check these meals out 🤤
