– Handful fresh spinach
– 1 frozen banana
– 1 scoop protein powder /
– 1 tbsp almond butter
– 2 tbsps chia seeds
– Few ice cubs
– Approx 1.5 cups water
Shredded chicken salad recipe
– 400g / 1lb chicken breast, shredded
– 1/2 red onion, chopped
– Few stalks of celery, chopped
– 1/2 cup plain plant based yogurt
– 1/2 avocado, mashed
– 1/4 tsp onion powder
– Salt & pepper to taste
– Splash of lemon juice
Salmon rice bowl
For salmon:
– Sprinkle of garlic powder, paprika, red chili flakes (optional to make it spicy)
