Sattu drink
Oats & sattu tikki recipe
Oats powder – 4 tsp
Sattu powder- 4 tsp
Onion -3 piece medium size
Garlic- 5 cloves
Green chilli -2
Ginger – as required
Salt to taste
Water – 1 cup
Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric- 2 tsp
Fennel seeds -2 tsp
Kitchen king -2 tsp
Black salt -2 tsp
Curd – half cup
Ghee – for greasing
Coriander- as required
Jeera -1 tsp
How to make
Take a bowl add onion in to it
Now add red chilli turmeric salt black salt fennel seeds ginger garlic green chilli finely chopped coriander
Now add sattu powder and mix it well.
Make tikkiya from it
Now take another bowl
Add oats flour add 1 tsp curd and pinch of salt
Add water and mix it
Batter should not be watery side It should be thick
Now take nonstick pan put some ghee for greasing and pour the better and put tikki on it and sauté it for 5 minutes on slow to medium flame till colour changes
Now flip it and sauté from other side
Add ghee if required
Do not use oil
Now for chutney
Take bunch of washed and fresh coriander
Put it in to mixer jar
Add green chilli
Salt
Black salt
Jeera
Sattu powder
Curd
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Lemon- half
Hing -pinch
Grind it well
Add masala as required if you like spicy then add more chilli you can also add garlic if u want but tikkiya has already garlic in it so I haven’t added garlic in to chutney
Chutney is ready to serve with tikki
Enjoy this tikki when you are on diet or if you are not on diet then also you can enjoy it with chutney
It tastes so delicious if you do not skip single step
