Overnight Oatmeal:
– 2 1/2 sendok rolled oat (Oat & Oat)
– 1/2 pisang (Sunpride)
– 1 sendok cocoa powder (Dante Coffee: Caramel)
– Madu (Capilano Honey)
– 1 sendok chia seed (Healthy Choice)
– 1 sendok plain yoghurt (Elle & Vire)
– 1/2 gelas almond milk (Australia’s Own Organic)

Banana Choco Almond Milk:
– 1/2 gelas almond milk
– 1/2 sendok chia seed
– 1 sendok cocoa powder
– 1/2 pisang yang sudah dihaluskan
