– 7.5 mL (1 1/2 tsp) Cardamom – ground
– Pinch of sea salt (Himalayan Pink Sea Salt)
– 3/4 cup (175mL / 125g) Whole Black Chia Seeds
– Pinch Saffron
– 1 Fresh Mango – Cubed
– Optional: 10 whole cardamom pods & or slivered almonds
