This has to be one of the easiest snacks/appetizers there is. It’s not only easy, it’s filling and nutritious. You can customize these bites to one’s preference. Sometimes I’ll add crabmeat or other fresh ingredients, it’s such an adaptable bite..

Today, I made them super simple – using one hand mostly and nothing fancy. 😉 So simple and so good!

🍣 All you need (all to taste)
•roasted seaweed snacks
•white rice, cooked (medium or short-grain)
•rice vinegar (add a tablespoon or more to the rice and combine well)
•salmon and/or shrimp tempura, fried or air fried (I seasoned the salmon)
•spicy mayonnaise (Hellmann’s mayo + sriracha)
garnish with a serrano/jalapeño, optional
