SPEND SUNDAY WITH ME! CLEANING, MEAL PREP, & EASY HIGH PROTEIN SNACKS!

thanks for joining me for todays Sunday vlog! My Sundays always start out slow but I got in a healthy grocery haul and some easy meal prep recipes that are also high protein and perfect for the office! The tuna salad is so versatile and if you havent tried cottage cheese ranch- now is the time! Recipe below!

HIGH PROTEIN RANCH
1 Small (5.3oz) container Fage Total 0% Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
8oz Cottage Cheese (I used Good Culture Brand)
3 Tbsp or 1 packet ranch seasoning
1/4 cup milk + more to get desired consistency
**Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth, store in a mason jar or air-tight container for a week!

MY TUNA SALAD
3 cans Chunk Light Tuna (5oz cans / 15oz total) drained!!!
1 cup cottage cheese
1 Tbsp Light Mayo
4 Hard boiled eggs, diced
4 Tbsp dill relish (or any relish you like!)
*Salt, pepper to taste!

Mix together and serve in a wrap, on salad, with crackers, on cucumber or on a sandwich!
