💭 You can pretty much put whatever you want and adjust the portions yourself as you’re making this fresh. If you’re bulking, feel free to add a fried egg, more rice, and fattier cuts of protein instead of tuna 👌🏼
Sauce:
25g of gochujang
10g of white vinegar
5g of sweetener
5g of sesame oil
Ingredients I used:
70g of mixed leaves
100g of cooked white rice
Half a packet of Cole’s silken tofu
60g of thinly sliced onions (soaked in water for 10 minutes after slicing so it’s not as strong)
Half a can of tuna in spring water (425g can)
Sesame seeds for garnish
