Very healthy and instant Egg Dosa Recipe.

Ingredients:-
Dosa Batter
Eggs
Tumeric powder
Black pepper powder
Salt

Method:-
•Take 1 full ladle of dosa batter and into a bowl
• Break 1 egg into it
• Add Salt as per taste
• Add 1/4th of Tumeric powder
• Add 1 Tsp of Black pepper Powder
• Mix everything well
• Heat a dosa pan and pour the batter
• Close the lid and let it cook golden brown on medium high flame
• Once golden brown on bottom layer, flip over and let it cook on other side as well.
• Instant Egg Dosa is ready.
