Fasts and vrat often leave us with limited choices, so here I am sharing my own Vrat special recipe that is very simple and easy to make. This is an instant recipe you can make with easily available ingredients and is very healthy as it uses very less oil and no soda.

Vrat Ke Appe Recipe :
In a pan take 1 cup of Sabudana and 1 cup of peanuts and roast them.
Take the roasted sabudana & peanuts in a blender and grind them.
add 1/2 cup Rajgira flour, 1 cup curd/yogurt, 1 boiled & mashed potato.
Add grated ginger, chopped green chili, chopped green coriander,
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, add sendha namak (vrat ka salt) as per taste & mix it well.
Add water and mix it well and set it aside.
Take the appe pan add a few drops of oil, put the batter in pan slots and let it cook till it is golden brown on both sides.
Serve it hot with chutney.
