3nos. potatoes
2nos. tomatoes
1.5 cup curd
1tbsp gram flour/besan
3 to 4tbsp oil
1tsp fenugreek seeds
1.5 tsp mustard cumin seeds
4 dry red chillies
1/2tsp asafoetida
salt to taste
1/2tbsp turmeric
2tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1tbsp cumin coriander powder
1.5tsp garam masala
1/4 cup kasuri methi
1tbsp sugar

roti ingredients
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1/3 cup bajri ka atta
1/3 cup makki ka atta
1/3cup jowar ka atta
3tsp oil
water as per required
