Vegetable Stir Fry [Sauteed] | Healthy recipe for weight loss in 5 minutes

How to make low calorie sauteed mix vegetables with paneer or tofu at home in very low oil.
Ingredients:
Red cabbage
Carrots
French beans
Yellow bell pepper
Red bell pepper
Capsicum
Washed and boiled mushrooms
Sweet corn
Tofu or cottage cheese
Corriander leaves with stem
Finely chopped garlic
Finely chopped ginger
1/4 tspn oregano
1/2 tspn chilli flakes
1 tspn white sesame seeds
1/4 tspn dried fenugreek
1/2 tspn grounded black pepper
1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
Butter
Olive oil

Method:
Wash and cut the vegetables into desired pieces.
Heat a pan. Keep the flame on high through out.
Add garlic & ginger.
Let the colour change slightly.
Add carrot and stir for 2 minutes
Add Beans and stir
Add cabbage and corn and stir.
Add all the bell peppers and stir on high heat.
Add Mushrooms and stir.
Add tofu / cottage cheese
Add oregano, black pepper,sesame seeds ,crushed dried fenugreek, chilli flakes,and coriander leaves and stems.
Mix and put off the flame.
Add lemon juice and transfer into a serving bowl .
Serve hot and relish with soup, toasted bread of your choice.

**Note**You can use variety of seasonal vegetables according to your choice or availability at home.
