Sautéed Bok Choy or any Leafy Greens
Avocado oil or Sesame oil for sauteing
Pinch of Salt on Greens
1/2 Avocado
1/4 Cucumber
Sprinkle Sesame Seeds on Rice
Salted Roasted Pumpkin Seeds (Optional)
1/2 Nori Sheet cut in to squares.
Coconut Aminos Sprinkle on Rice
