Today I’d like to share with you one more easy recipe healthy buns. The recipe is VEGAN, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy free, nut-free and YEAST-FREE.

Ingredients:
Buckwheat – 200g (soaked overnight)
Water 80-100ml
Hemp flour – 2 tbsp
Hemp seeds – 2 tbsp
Psyllium – 2 tbsp
Olive Oil 1tbsp
Baking soda 3/4tsp
Apple cider vinegar/lemon juice 1tbsp
Salt & spices to taste
Sesame and cumin flax seeds for garnish, optional)
