⭕ RECIPES:
→ Air Fryer Veggie Sushi – air fry the tofu crumbles at 400F/200C for 6-10 minutes
Cooked brown rice
1 package of Nori sheets
Sliced mango, avocado, cucumber, bell pepper, and a cooked sweet potato
Extra firm tofu (crumbled) and mixed with 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 TBSP onion and garlic powder (each), sesame seeds…
And option dipping sauce ideas: soy, ginger, wasabi sauce

→ Air Fryer Chickpea Curry –
Drain 1 can chickpeas and stir in:
1 TBSP sugar, 1 tsp curry powder, 1/2 tsp of each: onion powder, garlic powder, salt. Stir in 2 tbsp vegetable broth. Air fry chickpeas at 400F/200C for 6-9 minutes

Sauce:
1 TBSP vegetable broth
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 small knob of ginger, grated
1 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP curry paste
1 can coconut milk
2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
Juice and zest from two limes
chopped veggies of your choice

→ Orange Tofu – add cornstarch and seasonings to tofu. Air fry 400F/200C for 15 minutes
Sauce:
1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp grated ginger
2 TBSP low sodium soy sauce
1 TBSP rice vinegar
1/2 c orange juice concentrate
1/2 c water
3 TBSP pure maple syrup
1.5 TBSP corn starch

TOFU:
extra firm tofu, cubed and stir in 2 TBSP corn starch, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder

→ Chickpea Salad – add 2 tbsp garlic salt to chickpeas. Air fry 400F/200C for 6-9 minutes, use as salad topper

→ Tempeh Sticky Fingers – air fry tempeh for 400F/200C for 10 minutes
Use any plant based milk for the liquid.
Dredge is 3/4 c cornmeal with 1 Tablespoon nutritional yeast, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp season salt.
Sauce: 3/4 c maple syrup, 3 Tablespoons Franks Hot Sauce and a pinch of garlic powder
