Ragi Soup Recipe | Ragi veg Soup | Finger Millet Soup| Ragi Recipes For Weight Loss | Healthy Soup

Our Millet Mahotsav reaches a new food category; this time it’s vegetable soup with Ragi twist. Enjoy Monsoon with this simple, easy to do and quick Ragi Soup recipe.

Ingredients :
Take veggies as per your choice, I have taken :
Chopped Broccoli, Bell Pepper, Carrots & Sweetcorn
1/2 + 1/2 tsp Butter
Salt as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
1 medium sized finely chopped Onion
2 tbs Finger Millet Flour (Ragi Atta)
Approx 1.5 cup Water
Few drops of Lemon Juice
French Loaf (for serving)

Method :
Heat 1/2 tsp Butter in a pan
Add veggies (Chopped Broccoli, Bell Pepper, Carrots & Sweetcorn)
Add some Salt & Pepper
Saute until half cooked and transfer in a bowl
Further add 1/2 tsp Butter in the same pan
Add 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add 2 finely chopped Garlic Cloves
Add 1 medium sized finely chopped Onion
Add some Salt & Pepper
Add 2 tbs Finger Millet Flour (Ragi Atta)
Roast it on medium heat for 5-7 min
Further add approx 1.5 cup Water and keep stirring continuously
Leave for cooking up to 2-3 boils
Add sauteed veggies and mix it
Turn off the heat and add few drops of Lemon Juice
Mix it and take the soup in a serving bowl
