Healthy Hung Curd and Chicken Sandwich Recipe:
For the Filling:
Hung Curd – 1 ½ Cups
Carrot (julienned) – 1 nos
Honey – 1 tsp
Dried Rosemary – ¼ tsp
Dried Basil – ¼ tsp
Dried Parsley – ¼ tsp
Dried Thyme – ¼ tsp
Capsicum (julienned) – 1 nos
Onion (sliced) – 1 nos

For Chicken:
Chicken Breast – ½ nos
Salt – ¾ tsp
Pepper – ¾ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp

Other Ingredients:
Bread – 6 slices
Mayonnaise – ¼ Cups

Instructions:
1. In a bowl add all the ingredients for the grilled chicken and let it marinate for 30 minutes
2. Sear the chicken breast for 3 minutes on each side on a moderate flame and set aside.
3. Once the chicken cools down shred it into little bits and set aside.
4. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the filling and give it a good mix.
5. Toast the bread slices until golden brown, add the filling between two slices and serve.
