Egg is one of the super foods and having eggs in breakfast keeps you super healthy and fit.

Egg Mayonnaise Roll

Cooking time : 20 minutes
Serves : 4

1 cup Tomato Oats
Grind to powder
3 eggs
Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper
Whisk it well
1 tbsp Corainder , chopped
Mix again
3 Eggs, boiled
Chop them into small pieces
1/2 cup Red and Yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup Green capsicum
1 tbsp Parsley, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp Pepper
1 Onion, chopped
2 tbsp ” Mrs Foodrite ” Mayonnaise
Mix all the ingredients well

Heat 1 tbsp Oil
Add the oats egg mixture
Cook on both the sides till done
Place the egg mixture
Place some chilled Iceberg Lettuce
Roll the egg roll
Cut into pieces and serve
