Meals for MAXIMUM WEIGHT LOSS ( a FULL day of eating!) / whole food plant based / starch solution

Today’s video is a much requested FULL DAY OF EATING, showing you all my meals for maximum weight loss! I have lost 20lbs so far pretty quickly eating a whole food plant based diet and I am going to show you what a typical day of meals look like for vegan weight loss. I am a low fat high carb vegan, who has recently made a change to reduce my fat intake even further and the magic is starting to happen. Maple Cayenne Drizzle (on oatmeal)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1-2 tbsp Franks Red Hot Sauce
3 tbsp water
pinch of cayenne

Cauliflower Smash Sauce
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce
mix
Spread over smashed, steamed cauliflower and then add a generous layer of nutritional yeast on top!
Broil at 350 degrees for about 12 mins or longer for crispier

Spicy Cheese Sauce
1/2 cup unsweetened, plain plant based milk
1 tbsp cornstarch (dilute in a little warm water and then add it)
1 tsp garlic salt
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
1-2 tsp Franks Red Hot Sauce
3 tbsp water
Bring everything to a boil. Add more water for thinner consistency. Stir constantly until thickens and then remove from heat. Best served right away and warm. Yum!
