Sandwich l Healthy Chicken Sandwich withoutu Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
Bread(white/brown)- 6-8 slices
Chicken-1 cup
Carrot-1/4 cup
Cabbage-1/4 cup
Spring onion-1/4 cup
Capsicum/bell pepper-1/4 cup
Tomato-1/4 cup
(Salt,Pepper powder,Garlic-1/2 tsp,Ginger-1/2 tsp- for Cooking the chicken)
Note: you can use any vegetables of your choice .You can use previously cooked leftover chicken as well.
For mayonnaise substitute:
Yogurt/curd-1 cup
Garlic-1/2 tsp( grated)
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Sugar-a pinch
Salt-1/2 tsp
