100 GM WALNUT/ AKHROOT
1/2 CUP SWEETS/ TOFEES
1/3 CUP HONEY/ SHAYED
1 CUP PORRIDGE/ DALIA
1 TABLE SPOON BUTTER/ MAKHAN

DIRECTIONS:

CUT ALL DRY FRUITS
100 GM RAISINS/ KISHMISH ,100 GM ALMONDS/ BADAM ,100 GM PENUTS/ MUM PHALI
100 GM PISTACHIO/ PISTA ,100 GM WALNUT/ AKHROOT IN TO SMALL PICECS. THEN TAKE
A PAN AND PUT 1 CUP PORRIDGE IN IT AND ADD ALL DRY FRUITS ROAST IT ON LOW FLAME
UNTIL BROWN COLOR APPEAR THEN TAKE IT A SIDE. NOW TAKE A PAN PUT 1 TABLE SPOON
BUTTER IN IT ON LOW FLAME WHEN ALL BUTTER MELTS ADD 1/3 CUP HONEY AND MIX THEN
ADD ALL ROASTED PORRIDGE DRY FRUITS IN IT AND MIX THEN ADD 2 TABLE SPOON WATER
ITS FOR ACTIVE STICKING IN THE MATTER THEN ADD SOME SWEETS AFTER 1 MINUTES OF
COOKING ON LOW FALME.
ITS READY FOR FREEZ TAKE A CONTAINER AND PLACE A BUTTER PAPPER IN IT AND PUT ALL
GRANOLA IN IT AND WRAPE WELL FREEZ IT FOR 30 MINUTES.
AFTER 30 MINUTES TAKE IT OUT UNWRAPE AND CUT IT IN PICECS AND GARNISH IT WITH RAISINS
ITS READY ITS A VERY HEALTY FOOD SPECIALLY SOME PICECS IN KIDS LUNCH.
