EASY & HEALTHY HOMEMADE HUMMUS WITH WHITE CHICKEAS/ARABIC DIP/
MIDDLE -EASTERN RECIPE

Hummus is a a healthy snack , which is an Arabic dip.This is a fresh homemade healthy hummus which is always better than store-bought hummus.It is one of the famous dips in the middle east.It goes well with Arabic bread (kubuz), chapati, bread spread or dip with slices of cucumber, carrot as a salad dressing.

Ingredients:

White boiled chickpeas – 1cup(chana)

Lemon juice – 2 or 3tbsp.

garlic – 2pod(chopped)

salt – as your taste

pepper powder – 1tsp.

Tahini paste – 2tbsp.

curd – 1or 2tbsp

olive oil or sunflower oil – 2tbsp.
