Ingredients:
Capsium chopped 4 tbsp
Onion chopped 4 tbsp
Green chilli 1 pc
Salt as per taste
Red chilli as per taste
Turmeric as per taste
Eggs 2 pcs
Oil 1 tbsp
Method:
In a pan add oil, make it hot
On the other side mix all vegetables by adding spices and add egg (without yolk)
Mix it properly
When pan become hot, pour mixture nicely
Wait 2 minutes for one side
When golden brown then flip it
And give another 2 minutes
When cooked remove it from pan
Your omelette is ready
Take it with a slice of white or bran bread. You can have weight loss tea as well
Note: For weight loss properly you have to do exercise on daily basis and do portion control.
