Hello everyone! welcome back to KemsKitchen. Today I’m serving you with a low carb, gluten free recipe for banana bread! I’m a banana bread lover so this option is perfect for me! have this for breakfast and you’re set to go about your day with the energy you need!

Ingredients.
3 medium-large bananas 1 cup mashed very ripe bananas with brown spots
3 eggs large
1/4 cup Honey
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (skip if you used salted butter)
3 cups almond flour (not almond meal)

Instructions.
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, spray 9 x 5 loaf pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
* In a mixing bowl, add bananas and mash using a masher.
* Add eggs, honey, melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt; whisk until combined.
* Add in the almond flour and stir and mix gently with spatula to combine.
*Pour batter into previously prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes or until the toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
*Remove almond flour banana bread from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack to cool off for 10 minutes.
