Gluten Free, nut free, dairy free, and low sugar! This recipe is so easy to make and no one will ever guess that it’s made with healthier ingredients!
Ingredients:
3 spotty bananas
2 cups of oat flour (oats blended into flour)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of coconut sugar (any sugar will work)
1/4 cup oil (I used avocado oil)
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
Few shakes of cinnamon
Ghirardelli cacao dark chocolate chips (measure with ❤️)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork
After bananas are mashed, add all other ingredients except for the chocolate chips
Mix in chocolate chips
Pour mixture into loaf pan
Bake for 45-55 minutes
Let cool, slice, and enjoy!
