PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE
1 cup wholewheat flour
1 cup maida/all purpose flour
About 3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp oil/butter
1tsp salt
A dash of pepper
1tbsp(heaped)pumpkin seeds
1/2 to 3/4 tsp baking powder
Knead for 2 to 3 minutes into a soft dough
Place on a baking tray in a round or rectangular shape
Make cuts with a knife- a cross shape
Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 30 minutes and then reduce the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for 15 minutes -till done.
Let it cool before cutting!!
