INGREDIENTS
Chia seeds- 2 tbsp
Coconut milk- 1 cup
Vanilla extract- 2 drops
Banana- 1
Apple- 1 small
Pomegranate seeds- 1/2 cup
Almonds- 6-8 finely chopped
METHOD
1) Firstly take 2 tbsp chia seeds and mix in a glass of coconut milk.
2) Mix it well and keep it for overnight refrigeration.
3) The next morning add 2 drops of vanilla essence to it and mix it.
4) Now add layers of fruits to the pudding, like apple, pomegranate and banana.
5) Top it off by sprinkling sliced or chopped almonds.
Voila! Gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free PCOS-friendly dessert is ready to eat!.
