– Ingredients:

– Coriander and Cumin Powder: 1 tsp
– Chaat Masala: 1 tsp
– Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
– Kasuri Methi (Fenugreek Leaves) Powder: 1 tsp
– Salt: As per taste
– Mustard Oil: 1 tsp
– Paneer Cubes: 8
– Bread Slices: 2
– Tandoori Mayonnaise: 2 tsp
– Capsicums: Cut into cubes
– Onions: Cut into cubes
– Chilli Flakes (Paprika): For sprinkling

– Directions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine coriander and cumin powder, chaat masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, kasuri methi powder, salt, and mustard oil.
Mix all the ingredients well to create a marinade.

2. Add paneer cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

3. Preheat your air fryer as per its instructions.
Place the marinated paneer cubes, capsicum cubes, and onion cubes in the preheated air fryer basket.

4. Air fry the paneer and veggies at 180°C for about 10 minutes, or until they are cooked and slightly charred.

5. While the paneer and veggies are air frying, spread tandoori mayonnaise on the bread slices.

6. Once the paneer and veggies are done, arrange them on the bread slices with tandoori mayo.

7. Sprinkle some chilli flakes (paprika) on top for an extra kick of flavor.

8. Serve the Paneer Tikka Toasts as a delicious and flavorful snack or appetizer.
