Pesaret is Andhra special dosa made from batter if Moongdhal and rawrice (soaked for 6 hours. And ground for a batter). In a pan add oil . After oil is heated add mustard seeds , urid dhall,Curry leaves and asafetida powder, then add onions and green chillies chopped and saute well till onion becomes light brown. Add these seasonings to batter and make a dosa. When ready on one side turn to other side for a minute. Now dosa is ready and transfer it to a plate and serve hot with coconut chutney.
