— 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
— 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup
— 1/4 cup plant milk
— 2 eggs
— 2 large bananas, mashed
— some cinnamon
— a pinch of salt
— 1 tsp baking soda
— 1 tsp vanilla extract
— 1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
steps:
whisk together coconut oil & honey.
whisk in eggs, milk & mashed bananas.
whisk in cinnamon, salt, baking soda & vanilla extract.
gradually mix in flour, mix until just combined.
pour into a lined baking pan & bake at 165°C for 55 mins.
