*Choco Oats Breakfast Muffins Recipe in an Airfryer*
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Preheat time: 10 minutes at 200°c
Cooking time: 12-15 minutes at 180°c
Serves: 2
*Ingredients*
_For Batter_
1 cup Refined flour
1 cup Oats
½ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Cinnamon powder
½ tsp Baking soda
A pinch of salt
1 cup Milk
⅓ cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Brown sugar
2 Eggs
⅓ cup Dark chocolate chips
_For Dusting_
Icing Sugar
*Process*
_For Batter_
– In a bowl, add all purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon powder, baking soda, salt and mix it well. Keep it aside for further use.
– In a bowl, add milk, vegetable oil, brown sugar, eggs and beat it well.
– Add dry mixture, make a lump free batter and add chocolate chips.
– Pour it in a silicon mold and place it in the Philips airfryer. Bake it for 12-15 mins at 180°c.
– Transfer it to a serving dish and dust it with some icing sugar.
– Serve hot.
