– De-skinned Green Lentils : 1 cup (soaked for 2 hours)
– Semolina : 1/2 cup
– Green Chilies : 2-3 nos or to taste
– Ginger : 1 inch
– Water : 200ml
– Salt : 1 tsp
– Cottage Cheese (Paneer) : 50g (finely grated)
– Chaat Masala : 1/4 tsp
– Fenugreek : 1/4 tsp
– Roasted Cumin Powder : 1/4 tsp
– Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
– Ghee : 1/4 tsp
– Coriander Sauce : 1 tsp for each chila’s
– Carrot : 2 tbsp for each chilas (finely grated)
– Beatroot : 2 tbsp for each chilas (finely chopped)
