Ingredients:
– Gram Flour : 1.5 cup (150g approx)
– Semolina : 1/2 cup
– Ginger : 1/2 inch
– Green Chilies : 4-5 nos.
– Salt : 1 tsp or to taste
– Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
– Plain Curd : 1/2 cup
– Water : 1 cup
– Carrot : 1/2 no. (finely chopped)
– Tomato : 1 no. (finely chopped)
– Capsicum : 1 no. (finely chopped)
– Beetroot : 1/2 no. (50g)
– Onion : 1 no. (finely chopped)
– Tofu or Paneer (Cottage Cheese) : 100g (sliced in small cubes)
– Chaat Masala : 1 tsp
– Roasted Cumin Powder : 1/2 tsp
– Garam Masala : 1/2 tsp
– Cooking Oil : 2-3 drops (optional)
– Schezwan Sauce : 1/4 tsp x number of chillas
– Coriander Sauce : 1/4 tsp x number of chillas
– Diced Cheese : 50g (optional)
