Cauliflower Sabzi 🍱

🍱 Ingredients

2 cups Chopped cauliflower
1 potato
1 onion
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt as per taste

🍱 Preparation
In a pan , heat oil. Then add the onions and saute well till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 min. Now add chopped potatoes and cauliflower. Start adding turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Garam masala.
Stir well. Now cover with lid for 10 mins. Stir occasionally.
Sprinkle some water for the veggies to get cooked nicely without sticking.
