Ingredients

93g egg white powder (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup cold filtered water
50g @fage 5% Greek Yogurt
25g Dark Chocolate Chips
5g butter for greasing muffin tray

Method

Beat egg whites with cold water. For your own sake, use an electric whisk. Stir in Greek Yogurt and chocolate chips. Grease muffin tray with 5g of butter. Evenenly distribute mixture. Bake in the oven at 170c for 20-30 minutes – until muffins turn golden.
