Ingredients:
• 2 cups Dosa Batter
• 1/2 cup mudakathan keerai (Balloon Vine leaves), finely chopped
• Salt, to taste
• Water, as needed
Instructio
1. make the batter:
Grind the mudakathaan keerai with Mixie and add to 2 cup of Dosa batter mix it well.
Add the salt as our taste.
2. Make dosai:
• Heat a non-stick or cast-iron dosa pan over medium heat.
• Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the center of the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
• Drizzle a little oil around the edges of the dosa.
• Cook until the dosa turns golden brown and crispy on the bottom.
• Flip the dosa and cook for a minute on the other side until it’s cooked through.
Serve the mudakathan keerai dosai hot with coconut chutney, sambar, or any chutney of your choice. Enjoy your nutritious and flavorful dosai!
