How to Prepare Barley Soup?🥣

✔ Clean and soak 1/4 cup of barley rice for 4 hours
✔ After 4 hours, pressure cook the barley rice in high flame for3 whistles and 5 minutes in sim flame.
✔ Once the pressure releases, transfer the cooked barley to a container.
✔ rinse the cooker with water. in the same pressure cooker, add 1 tsp butter and 2 cloves
✔ Add one teaspoon of cumin, green chilies, ginger and garlic, Saute.
✔ Once the garlic is sauteed, add chopped onion.
✔ Add a teaspoon of powdered salt to enhance faster cooking. mix well.
✔ Let’s cook it up it up in the sim flame.

✔ ✔ Here’s a way to go, let’s shoot

✔ Add chopped carrots to this after sautéing onions for a minute; Add beans
✔ Cover with a lid for 2 minutes.
✔ Add 1 cup of water & Add in Capsicum.
✔ Add a teaspoon of black pepper powder.

✔ ✔ Add salt, if needed and mix
✔ Mash 2 tbsp of cooked barley in a mixer grinder and add it to the soup. add in the cooked barley too.
✔ add water to adjust the consistency.
✔ Allow to boil for a minute. Turn off the burner.
✔ Mixed Vegetable Barley Soup is ready to serve.

It’s healthy enough to save after five minutes of making it
