100 g Mix Sprouts, boiled
1 small Cucumber, chopped
1 small Onion, chopped
1 small Tomato, chopped
½ medium Pomegranate, de-seeded

For Beet & Sprouts Salad:
50 g Mix Sprouts, boiled
50 g Chickpeas, boiled
1 medium Beetroot, boiled and diced
1 small Cucumber, diced
1 small Onion, diced
1 small Orange, diced
Salt
75 g Dr. Oetker FunFoods Yoghurt Mint Dressing
30 g Feta Cheese,Cut in cubes and crum
Directions:
For Minty Sprouts Salad:
In a bowl, add mix sprouts, cucumber, onion, tomato, pomegranate seeds, salt and Yoghurt Mint dressing. Mix well. Place salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve cold.
Preparation Time: 15 Minutes
For Beet & Sprouts Salad:
In a bowl, mix sprouts, chickpeas, beetroot, cucumber, onion, orange, salt and Yoghurt Mint dressing. Mix well. Place salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, garnish with feta cheese and serve.
