Hey babes!! Welcome back! Here is a super SIMPLE, HEALTHY & DELICIOUS Zucchini Bread recipe!

ZUCCHINI BREAD RECIPE:
– 1 + 1/4 cup oats
– 40g vanilla whey
– 1/3 cup milk (I used almond milk)
– 4 egg whites (8 TBSPS)
-1/3 cup shredded zucchini
– 1tsp baking powder
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 2 TBSP sunflower seeds (optional for on top of the loaf)

DIRECTIONS:
1) Mix 1/2 of the oats into a flour by blending it
2) Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix (batter should be thick)
3) Add sunflower seeds on top (optional)
4) Bake in the oven at 350F for 25-30 mins
