Mint is a healthy herb containing menthol that helps in boosting our digestive system.Yogurt also contain our good bacteria that helps in proper digestion in intestines.This proves very healthy while eating fatty foods it is necessary to dip it because fatty food can cause difficulty in digestion.
Ingredients:
1.Mint
2.Green coriander
3.Green chillies
4.Few spices
Method:
Add all the ingredients into a stone blender.Make a paste and mix it with yogurt and then enjoy
