Green beans are one of the types of beans that are a source of many vitamins and have very few calories and no saturated fat.

A variety of delicious fresh and canned foods can be prepared from this vegetable, one of the most popular of which is bean paste.

This dish can be cooked with two types of red meat and chicken meat, and its combination with cucumber yogurt tastes very good.

This specific vegetable can be easily grown in the lands of this region and planted and harvested in farmers’ gardens.

Elements:

Mince Meat
an onion
tomato paste

How to prepare:
I fry the minced meat with grated onion and add tomato paste, salt, pepper and turmeric. After chopping green beans, fry them in oil until they soften a little, then add the grated meat to it.
Boil rice in boiling water and drain.
Put the grated potato on the bottom of the pot, add the prepared rice and meat sauce layer by layer, stir and let it brew for 15 minutes.
After the rice boils, put the pot in a container of cold water until the bottom of the pot separates from the pot, our food is ready to serve!
