Cucumber : 1
Mint leaves : 4 to 5
Ginger : medium piece
Lemon juice : 1 1/2 tbsp
Honey : 1 tsp optional
Method
Grind all well and mix honey ( optional )
Drink as a small portion , followed by a glass of water .
