Assorted bell peppers – 1/4 cup each
Roasted walnuts – handful
Roasted pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsps
Roasted flaxseed powder – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Apple cider vinegar or Balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp
