– 1/2 teaspoon Salt Pepper Garlic Rub (for buttermilk, flour, and oil sauce)
– Vegetable oil for frying
– 1 brioche bun
– Pickle slices (for garnish)
– 1/2 TSP of all the seasonings used for buttermilk.
– 2 TSP Brown Sugar
– 1/2 Cup Hot Oil

– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Vegetable oil for frying
– 4 hamburger buns
– Lettuce leaves
– Sliced tomatoes
– Sliced pickles
– Spicy mayo or your favorite hot sauce
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness.
2. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
3. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
