In this video I have made three of my go to quick and easy lunch meals I take to work with me.
The 1st is a creamy pasta with an incredible Sebi inspired sauce.

The 2nd meal is sautéed mushrooms peppers and onions and butternut squash with a refreshing cucumber salad.

The 3rd meal is sautéed portobello mushrooms sliced lengthwise and peppers made with a coconut milk quinoa chickpea side dish 😋
