The most flavourful and easy salad I have ever had!
Black Chickpeas are a powerhouse of nutrients.
They are rich in protein, fiber, vitamins thus helping us keeping full for hours. This salad takes about 10 mins to prepare if the chana is boiled 🙂 You can have it for breakfast, great snack for when you’re drinking or have it as one of your meals!

Ingredients –
1 cup boiled chana/ black chickpeas
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped cucumber

For the dressing :
Handful of coriander leaves
10-12 mint leaves
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp of yogurt/coconut milk yogurt
A pinch of salt
1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 green chilli A pinch of salt
Add the chopped veggies to boiled chana. Add the dressing. Mix it all well and VOILA your protein rich salad is ready.
