Homemade Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2-3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Add all to a container (I use a small mason jar) and shake.
